Connect your sending domain
Before Sendcore can send real campaigns and automations, your sending domain (e.g. yourstore.com) must be verified with a few DNS records. It takes about ten minutes, and you only do it once.
Why it's required
Verifying the domain proves to inbox providers (Gmail, Outlook, …) that Sendcore is allowed to send on your behalf, authenticating your mail with SPF and DKIM. Without it, Sendcore blocks real sends — unauthenticated mail would land in spam and burn your reputation.
Step 1 — Add your domain
- Go to Store settings and find the Sending domain card.
- Enter the domain you send from — usually your store's domain, e.g.
yourstore.com(nohttps://, nowww). - Click Save. Sendcore registers the domain and shows the DNS records to add: a table with Type, Name and Value for each record, with copy buttons.
Step 2 — Add the DNS records at your provider
Open the DNS panel of wherever your domain is managed — Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Aruba, Register.it, Shopify Domains, … — and add each record exactly as shown:
- Copy Name and Value exactly with the copy buttons — a single missing character fails verification.
- Watch out: many providers append your domain automatically to the Name field. If Sendcore shows
send.yourstore.comand your provider adds.yourstore.comby itself, enter onlysend. - Leave TTL at the default. If your provider asks for a priority on the MX record, use the one shown in the Value.

Step 3 — Verify
- Back in Store settings, click Verify on the Sending domain card.
- Each DNS record shows its own status, so if something fails you see exactly which record to fix.
- When every record checks out, the card shows Verified — then set your sender name and sender address (e.g.
news@yourstore.com).
What works before it's verified
You can build everything — campaigns, automations, forms — and send yourself up to 50 test emails from test@sendcore.me (to your own inbox only). Real sends to your audience stay blocked until the domain is verified.
