Partner program

The Sendcore Partner program is for agencies and freelancers who run email & SMS for their clients. You set up and build each client's store yourself, then hand it over — and you earn a revenue share on every store you bring in.

How it works

1. Sign up as a partner at partners.sendcore.me — this creates your partner account.
2. From your partner dashboard, click Set up an account to create a new store for a client.
3. Build the store with full access — connect the store, import contacts, design campaigns and automations.
4. When it's ready, transfer ownership to your client. They become the Owner; you stay on as Partner.

Setting up a client store

From the partner dashboard, Set up an account opens a short form:

• Account name — how you'll recognise this client internally.
• Client store name — the store's name, shown across Sendcore.
• Store website and platform (Shopify, WooCommerce or other).
• Business address — street, city, ZIP and country.

On confirm, Sendcore creates the store with you as its only user, with the Partner role (full access). It becomes your active store so you drop straight into it and can start building.

Transferring ownership

When the store is ready for the client, open it and click Transfer ownership in the sidebar (just below Settings). Enter the client's email and send the invite.

1. The client receives an email inviting them to take ownership.
2. They sign in (or create their account) on sendcore.me with that email.
3. They become the Owner of the store; you remain listed as Partner with full access to keep helping.

Roles & access

• In the store's Users list you appear as Partner — full access, like an owner.
• The Partner role can't be assigned from the Users section; it exists only when a partner sets up a store.
• Partners open their stores from partners.sendcore.me only; the client opens the store from sendcore.me only.

Revenue share

For every store you create and transfer, you earn:

• 100% of the store's subscription for the first month.
• 25% of the store's subscription from the second month onward, for as long as the store stays subscribed.
