Getting started
Connect your store
Sendcore works with Shopify and WooCommerce. Connecting your store is the first thing to do — it imports your customers, syncs orders and products, and powers revenue attribution across every campaign and automation.
Connect Shopify
Installation always starts on Shopify — for security you never paste a store URL anywhere.
- Open the Sendcore listing on the Shopify App Store and click Install.
- Approve the permissions in your Shopify admin.
- Open the Sendcore app from your Shopify admin — your store links to your Sendcore account automatically, with no URL to enter.
Sendcore then imports your customers in the background and starts tracking orders for revenue attribution. It also activates the Sendcore web pixel so storefront activity feeds your automations and Live view.
Reconnecting / permissions
Connect WooCommerce
WooCommerce is self-hosted, so you authorize Sendcore through WooCommerce's REST API:
- Go to Store settings and open the WooCommerce card.
- Enter your store URL (e.g.
https://yourstore.com) and click Connect. - Approve read/write access — Sendcore receives the keys and finishes automatically.
After connecting, Sendcore pulls customers and products and listens for new orders via webhooks. WooCommerce products show up in the email builder's picker and previews just like Shopify.
What you get once connected
- Audience — your customers, subscription status and segments.
- Revenue attribution — sales driven by each campaign and automation.
- Storefront events — product views, cart updates and checkouts power automations and Live view.
- Products — pick real products (with images and prices) inside emails.
