Migrate from Omnisend
Move your Omnisend account into Sendcore with a one-click migrator — no CSV for the main assets. You paste your Omnisend API key, Sendcore analyzes the account, you confirm the plan, and the import runs in the background.
Where to start
- Open Store settings → Integrations and scroll to Migrate from another platform.
- Or go directly to Omnisend migration.
- In Omnisend, create an API key under Store settings → API keys, paste it in Sendcore, and connect.
- Click Analyze account, review the plan, then Confirm migration.
Your key, your account
Each merchant uses their own Omnisend API key. Sendcore does not use a shared platform secret for this flow.
What can be migrated
These objects are imported when Omnisend exposes them via its public API:
- Contacts — email, phone, consent, custom properties, and profile fields.
- Tags — attached on each contact.
- Suppressions — unsubscribed / non-sendable contacts.
- Images — re-hosted into the Sendcore media library.
- Email templates — HTML rendered from Omnisend.
- Segments — recreated as manual segments with a membership snapshot (who was in the segment at migration time).
- Email automations — imported as drafts. Review triggers and steps before enabling.
What is not migrated
- Forms and popups — Omnisend does not expose them on the public API. Rebuild signup forms in Sendcore (Forms).
- SMS and push runtime — some workflow steps may land as partial notes, but Sendcore does not send SMS or push yet.
- Individual open/click history — there is no practical bulk event export via Omnisend’s API at migration scale.
- Live segment rules 1:1 — complex Omnisend segment DSL is not translated into Sendcore live filters. Membership is snapshotted instead; rebuild live rules in Segments if you need them.
After the migration
- Open imported automations and turn them on only after you have reviewed them.
- Check a few contacts for tags, consent, and suppressions.
- Rebuild any forms you still need, and recreate live segments where a snapshot is not enough.
