Import & export
Bring an existing list into Sendcore from a CSV, or export your contacts. Store customers sync automatically, so import is mainly for lists from other tools, events, or offline sign-ups.
Import contacts from CSV
- Go to Audience → Imports.
- Upload a CSV with an email column; optional columns (first name, last name, phone) are matched automatically.
- Map any unmatched columns and start. Contacts are de-duplicated by email.
Only import people who opted in
Importing a list states those people agreed to hear from you. Sending to purchased or scraped lists hurts deliverability and breaks anti-spam law — see Deliverability & compliance.
Export contacts
- Go to Audience → Exports.
- Start an export; when it's ready, download the CSV.
After importing
- Tag the imported batch so you can find and segment it later.
- Check subscription status — imported contacts should be people who consented.
- Build a segment and send them a first campaign.
