Deliverability & compliance

Sender, domain & landing in the inbox

Great campaigns only matter if they reach the inbox. The two biggest levers are authenticating your sending domain and only emailing people who opted in.

Verify your sending domain

Sending from your own domain (e.g. info@yourstore.com) authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC is what keeps you out of spam.

  1. Go to Store settings and open the sending/domain section.
  2. Add your domain — Sendcore shows the DNS records to add at your provider.
  3. Add the records, then verify. Once verified, set your sender name and address.

Until it's verified

You can still test, but for real sends, verify first — unauthenticated mail is far more likely to be filtered.

List hygiene

  • Only email opted-in contacts. Sendcore sends to subscribed contacts only.
  • Never import purchased or scraped lists — bounces and complaints wreck your reputation.
  • Let unsubscribes stick. Sendcore adds one-click unsubscribe and never re-emails opt-outs.
  • Warm up gradually on a new domain — don't blast a huge list on day one.

Compliance

You're responsible for the marketing laws that apply to you (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, …). In practice: get clear consent, identify yourself, and make opting out easy — all of which Sendcore supports.
