Plans & billing
Sendcore is priced by plan and by the number of billable contacts. This guide explains what sets the price, when it changes, and how it appears on your invoice.

The plans#
You'll find the plans under Plans & billing in the sidebar. Each paid plan's price depends on your billable contacts: you pick the plan, Sendcore works out the tier.
- Free: email up to 250 contacts and send up to 500 emails a month, campaigns and automations together (see Automations on the Free plan). Importing contacts is unlimited.
- Standard: priced by contact tier, with a sending limit equal to the tier cap × 12 emails a month (for example, up to 10,000 contacts → 120,000 emails).
- Pro and Enterprise: priced by contact tier, unlimited emails.
The current price of every tier is shown on the Plans & billing page, computed on your own contacts.
Billable contacts#
Subscribers plus non-subscribers who received an automated message in the last 30 days. Unsubscribed contacts are excluded: the same model as Omnisend.
The number can grow without a single new signup: an automation that wrote to non-subscribers (an abandoned cart, say) in the last 30 days is enough. It also goes down when those messages fall out of the 30-day window, or when someone unsubscribes.
Your up-to-date number is on Plans & billing, under Your billable contacts.
When your tier changes#
Your tier is recalculated at every renewal, automatically and in both directions. There is nothing to request and nothing to confirm.
- If, at the renewal, your billable contacts are above your tier's cap, from that renewal you pay the tier above.
- If they have dropped below it, from that renewal you pay the tier below.
- The new price applies from the next invoice: the running period is never recalculated and there are no prorated adjustments.
- On every change you receive an email with your contact count, the old and the new price, and the date the new one starts.
A month above the cap doesn't change the running invoice
If you pay by card, the renewal is the monthly charge date you see in the billing portal. If you pay through Shopify, it's every 30-day cycle from activation, and the cycle's amount appears on your Shopify invoice.
The email limit on Standard#
On Standard you can send, each month, up to your tier cap × 12 (for example, up to 10,000 contacts → 120,000 emails). The counter resets every cycle and you can follow it on Plans & billing.
When you reach the limit, sending stops and Sendcore proposes the plan above: it's the one case where a plan change is proposed mid-cycle, and it's your call. Pro and Enterprise have no sending limit: their price only moves with your contacts.
Invoices, currency and payment method#
- Paying by card: open Plans & billing → Manage subscription to see invoices, change the card or cancel.
- Paying through Shopify: charges appear on your Shopify invoice; manage them from your Shopify admin → Apps → Sendcore.
Prices are in US dollars
If a renewal payment fails#
If the card charge for a paid plan fails, the plan stays live for 7 days. A banner on every dashboard page says {plan} renewal failed and Update your payment method by {date} ({n} days) or the account moves to the Free plan. The button is Update payment.
- During those 7 days you keep the paid plan in full. Update the card and the charge goes through: nothing else to do.
- If the 7 days pass without a successful payment, the account moves to the Free plan. The banner then says The account moved to the Free plan because the payment failed. Update your payment method to restore {plan}. Paying restores the paid plan.
- You also receive an email when the renewal fails, and again if the account falls back to Free.
