Campaigns
Create & send an email campaign
A campaign is a one-time email to a chosen audience — a launch, a sale, a newsletter. Sendcore walks you through three steps: settings, content, then review & send.
1. Settings
- Go to Campaigns → New campaign and choose Email.
- Subject — the inbox headline. Insert emoji, a personalization tag (
{{contact.first_name}}), or let Sendcore AI suggest one. - Preheader — the preview text after the subject. Personalization works here too.
- Sender name and sender email — who it's from.
- Campaign name (internal) and language.
The inbox preview shows exactly how the subject, sender and preheader will look.
2. Content
Design the email in the drag-and-drop builder, or generate a first draft with Sendcore AI. See the email builder guide for blocks, products, discounts and personalization.
3. Review & send
- Pick the audience — a segment or your whole subscribed list. Only subscribed contacts receive it.
- Send a test email first (test sends are excluded from reports). The inboxes you use are remembered and offered as one-click chips next time; with an unverified domain, tests go out from
test@sendcore.meto your own inbox only — see sending domain. - Send now, or schedule it for later.
Sending happens in Sendcore
For safety, campaigns are only sent from the dashboard — connected AI assistants can draft and generate content, but never send to your list.
Free plan allowance
On the Free plan you can import and store unlimited contacts and send up to 500 emails per month — the counter resets every month, and the plans page shows your usage. Paid plans lift the cap.
After sending
Track opens, clicks and attributed revenue on the campaign's report and under Reports.
