Sendcore AI assistant

Sendcore has a built-in AI assistant that knows the product, reads your real account data and prepares work for you — campaign drafts, signup forms, automations, segments, on-brand email content. It lives in the chat bubble of the dashboard, and the same capabilities are available to external AI agents over MCP.

Where to find it

1. In the dashboard, open the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
2. Choose AI assistant (the other option reaches the human support team).
3. Ask in plain language — Italian or English. The assistant replies in your language.

What it can do

• Answer product questions — it searches these same docs and cites the guide it used.
• Read your data — campaigns and their reports, audience stats, segments, automations, forms, brand kit. It never guesses numbers.
• Diagnose performance — ask “why did this campaign underperform?” and it compares the campaign with your account averages and points at concrete causes.
• Prepare drafts — new campaign drafts, popup/flyout/embedded form drafts, automation drafts from presets (welcome, abandoned cart, birthday), manual segments.
• Write content — generate a campaign's email on your brand kit, or propose alternative subject lines with preheaders.
• Manage contacts — add a contact, tag groups of contacts, build a segment from a list.
• Send you a test — a [TEST]-tagged preview of a campaign to your inbox, excluded from reports.

These compose: “Create a campaign for the restock, write the content on my brand kit, propose 5 subject lines and send me a test” runs as a chain of tools in one conversation, without opening the editor.

Safety model

• Drafts only. The assistant can never send a campaign to your audience, publish a form or activate an automation. Everything it creates waits for your review in the dashboard.
• Your role applies. Team members only get the actions their role allows — an Analyst can read reports but not create drafts. See Team & roles.
• Confirmation on destructive actions. Deleting a campaign requires an explicit yes from you in the chat before it runs.
• Preview before executing. Ask “what would happen?” and the assistant can run any write action in preview mode: it shows the exact changes without touching anything, and executes only when you agree.
• Everything is recorded. Every write action — preview or execution, success or failure — is logged with who, what, when and the outcome.

Using your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor…)

The in-app assistant and external agents share the same tools: what one can do, the other can too. To drive Sendcore from an assistant you already use, connect it over MCP — one URL, sign-in with OAuth or an API key, read-only or full access per connection.

Availability

Answering questions and reading your data work on every plan. AI content generation (campaign emails, subject lines) is available on paid plans, like the rest of Sendcore AI.
