Terms of Service

These terms are the contract between LAIONF LLC (“we”), which operates Sendcore, and the merchant who opens an account (“you”). Creating an account means you accept them. Sendcore is a trademark of LAIONF LLC.
1. The service
Sendcore is software for email and SMS marketing, automations, audience management, CRM, and loyalty. What you can use depends on the plan you choose.
2. Your account
The contract is with the person or business that opens the account. You are responsible for the people you invite into it and for keeping access secure. You can close the account from the product, or by writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we can no longer operate safely.
3. Your contacts’ data
You are the controller of the personal data of the contacts you upload, sync, or collect. Sendcore processes that data for you, so we can provide the service. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not replace it.
4. Marketing consent
An import, a CRM record, or a contact received from an integration does not mean that person consented to marketing. You send only when you have a valid legal basis, and you honour unsubscribes.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to send spam, to contact purchased, rented, or scraped lists, or to distribute unlawful content. We may stop a send that breaks this rule.
6. Plans and billing
You pay the plan you choose. The price, the limits, and what is included are those shown when you subscribe or change plan. If a payment is not made, we can pause the paid parts of the account.
7. Liability
We run the service with ordinary care. We do not warrant uninterrupted sending, a particular delivery rate, or a specific business result. Liability stays the ordinary liability the applicable law already imposes for a service of this kind. These terms are not an unlimited warranty.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
