Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This policy explains how Sendcore uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform, and how you can manage them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. We also use similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) for the same purposes. Together we call them “cookies” here.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: required to run the platform — authentication/session (via Supabase Auth), your language preference, the active account, and UI preferences (e.g. sidebar state, privacy mode). These cannot be switched off.
  • Functional: remember choices you make to improve your experience.
  • Analytics & marketing (storefront): if you are a merchant using Sendcore, our storefront tracker collects behavioural events (visits, product views, cart, checkout) to power automations and attribution. On your customers’ browsers this runs only after they consent.
  • Email engagement: emails may include a tracking pixel and wrapped links to measure opens and clicks for reporting.

3. Consent on your storefront

On Shopify, Sendcore’s web pixel runs inside Shopify’s sandbox and honours the shopper’s choice via Shopify’s Customer Privacy API — in regions that require consent, tracking fires only after it’s granted. Sendcore can show a lightweight consent banner, or you can use your own consent management platform and disable ours in Store settings.

4. Third parties

Some cookies are set by the providers we rely on to deliver the Service:

  • Supabase (authentication/session).
  • Vercel (hosting and delivery).
  • Shopify (storefront consent and pixel context).
  • Resend (email delivery and engagement).

5. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and core features. Shoppers can change their tracking choice at any time via the storefront consent banner or your consent management platform.
