Data deletion
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Sendcore is operated by LAIONF LLC (Delaware, United States). This page explains how to have the personal data we hold about you deleted, whichever way you came into contact with the Service. For anything not covered here, write to hello@sendcore.me.
1. If you have a Sendcore account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without contacting us:
- Sign in and open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then Your account.
- In Delete account, read what will be erased, type your email to confirm and click Delete permanently.
Deletion is immediate. It removes your login and every workspace nobody else can reach: contacts, campaigns, automations, forms and submissions, segments, CRM data, reports, store connections and their tokens, API keys, uploaded files and your sending domain. Active subscriptions (Stripe or Shopify billing) are cancelled first; if a subscription cannot be cancelled, nothing is deleted and you are asked to try again. A workspace shared with other team members stays with them: you leave it, it is not erased. If you are its only Owner, name another Owner first.
Copies in our encrypted database backups expire within 30 days. We keep a minimal audit record of the deletion (which workspace, when, how many rows) with no personal data in it, and the invoices we are legally required to keep.
Can’t sign in? Write to hello@sendcore.me from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you within 30 days, confirming by email.
2. If you run a Shopify store
Uninstalling the Sendcore app from your store ends billing right away. 48 hours later Shopify sends us the mandatory shop/redact request and we erase the store’s connection, its customer events and its usage records. Requests for a single customer (customers/redact) are handled the same way: that person’s contact, events and engagement data are deleted from the store’s workspace. To remove the rest of the workspace as well, delete the account as described above.
3. If you received emails sent through Sendcore
The store or business that emailed you is the data controller for your address: Sendcore processes it on their behalf. Use the unsubscribe link in any of their emails to stop receiving them, and contact them directly to have your data deleted from their audience.
If you cannot reach the sender, write to hello@sendcore.me with the address that received the emails: we will forward the request to the sender and, where we are able to act ourselves, remove your data from the platform. One thing we keep on purpose: an unsubscribed address stays on the sender’s suppression list, so the unsubscribe keeps being honoured.
4. Data received from Meta platforms
If you connected a Meta asset to Sendcore (a Pixel, the Conversions API, or a WhatsApp Business Account through Facebook Login), the identifiers and access tokens we received from Meta are stored in your workspace and deleted with it, either when you disconnect the integration in Store settings or when you delete the account. You can also ask us to delete them at any time at hello@sendcore.me; we will confirm within 30 days.
